How the packages are counted

  • A content piece is one original post, carousel or agreed video asset.
  • Adapting one original piece for Facebook and Instagram does not automatically count as two original pieces.
  • A carousel counts as one content piece within an agreed slide limit. A complex carousel may need a separate quote.
  • Short-form video editing applies only where you provide suitable footage.
  • Scheduling depends on the agreed platforms, the permissions you grant, and the integrations available.
  • No posts are published without your approval.
  • Unused monthly allowances do not automatically roll over unless that is specifically agreed.
  • Account access is only needed where scheduling is included. Starter Content does not need it.

Prices are monthly fees in GBP. KENDOG is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. These packages do not include unlimited posts, unlimited revisions, photography, filming, paid advertising, daily community management, or replies to comments and messages. Extra work can be quoted separately. Terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not promise engagement growth, leads, sales or a particular result from the platforms.

These starting prices assume you supply photographs, footage and logos, the scope is agreed up front, the design is of standard complexity, and one reasonable revision round is included. Complex projects, extra revisions and further platform formats may need a bespoke quote. There is no online checkout.

What this covers

Organic posts — not paid ads.

The monthly packages cover content you have approved. Paid advertising, ad spend and daily inbox monitoring are separate and are not included.

Can I buy individual posts without a monthly contract?

Yes. One-off graphics, post packs, carousels, video edits, profile refreshes, calendars and audits are listed above. They are finished content, not a managed account.

Do I need to provide photographs?

Yes for project and service posts. We design from photographs, footage and logos you supply. We do not invent a completed job or replace your work with a generated photograph.

Can you use our existing logo and brand colours?

Yes. Send the logo files and the colours you want used. We keep logos and accreditations as you provide them.

Do you use AI-generated images?

No. We do not use AI-generated project photographs, AI-generated before-and-after images, or stock photos in place of your completed work.

Do you write captions and hashtags?

Yes. Captions are written in natural British English, with a relevant call to action and sensible hashtags.

Can you create before-and-after project posts?

Yes, when you supply genuine before and after photographs. This suits builders, plumbers, bathroom fitters and other trades. We do not fabricate the transformation.

Which social media platforms do you support?

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are the usual mix. Google Business Profile updates can be drafted where the profile allows it. Other platforms can be discussed and confirmed in your proposal.

Will you publish posts for us?

Starter Content and one-off packs are supplied for you to publish. Social Essentials, Social Growth and Social Premium include scheduling to the agreed platforms, after you approve the content and where access allows it.

Do we approve content before it goes live?

Yes. Your approval is required before anything is published. We do not post without it.

Can you edit videos?

Yes, from suitable footage you provide. Social Growth includes up to 2 short-form edits a month, and Social Premium includes up to 4. One-off edits start from £50. Filming is not included.

Is filming or photography included?

No. Photography and filming are not part of these packages or one-off content prices. They can be discussed separately if you need them.

Do you manage paid advertising?

No. Paid advertising management and ad spend are not included. This work is organic content only.

Do you reply to customer messages and comments?

No. Daily inbox, comment monitoring and community management are not included in these packages.

How many revisions are included?

One reasonable revision round per content piece. Further rounds, or a change of scope, are quoted separately. Revisions are not unlimited.

Do we own the finished content?

Ownership of finished content is confirmed in your proposal. It is not set by this page.

Can we change or cancel our package?

Changes and cancellation are confirmed in your proposal before work begins. This page does not start a subscription or change an existing agreement.

Is VAT included in the advertised prices?

KENDOG is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to these prices. The figures shown are the prices in GBP.

Business Website + Social Essentials

Website from £995. Ongoing Social Essentials from £229/month when it is purchased alongside an eligible Kendog website service.

The standalone Social Essentials price remains £249/month. The website build and the monthly social fee are charged separately. The lower monthly price applies only to an agreed combined package, and the eligibility is confirmed in the proposal. It is not applied automatically to an existing contract, and this page does not start recurring billing.
